Hello everyone,

Despite efforts, the Louisiana Senate failed to move the Equal Rights Amendment forward. The support coming from the state was massive, as was the coverage in the local news and media, so there were plenty of wins to come from this effort. We will keep up our efforts to bring greater awareness and support for the ERA in Louisiana, and many other states that are

The ERA Advocacy Committee at the Alice Paul Institute meets this week to iron our more details for our first ERA Day of Activism, Education, and Inspiration!. We are still accepting applications for craft vendors, as well as ERA-supporting businesses and organizations. You can also purchase your tickets for the event now, to hear all our fabulous speakers up close and personal. We’ll be announcing our panel of speakers this week, so stay tuned!
